NMN is an anti-aging molecule brought to popularity by David Sinclair, PhD. NMN has been able to suppress age-associated weight gain, enhance energy metabolism and physical activity, improve insulin sensitivity, improve eye function, improve mitochondrial metabolism and prevent age-linked changes in gene expression. David Sinclair take 1000 mg or 1 gram of NMN per day as well as TMG 1000 mg or 1 gram per day. He has been taking it for years and also has his whole family taking the molecule as well. I personally take this amount per his recommendation.

Buying NMN online is a whole other issue. There are many products out there that do not even contain NMN. They claim to have pure NMN in the product, but when third-party, independent testing is done, the truth is revealed. Don't be tricked by snake oil. Infinite Age is also a high quality product per testing. For example, its' 250 mg capsule actually has 252 mg of pure NMN in it. You can buy their products on multiple websites.

These companies fell just short on their results. But if they are willing to fall short on the mg's, what else are they willing to fall short on and is it worth putting in your body. I'd rather go with something that is done right, all the time! Either way, here is the list.
